Shipping, Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping

Packaging: All items are packed in sturdy boxes, padded envelopes, or bend-proof stay-flat mailers. I use recyclable materials wherever possible, but also balance that against making sure your order reaches you in great condition! This means I’ll use some plastic to protect paper goods against water damage, etc.

Carrier: US Postal Service (USPS). If you need a different mail service, email me at hellospriggan@gmail.com so that I can get you a quote.

Shipping Costs: I will refund excess fees if they occur (ie if it costs less than expected to mail your package, or if I can fit everything into a flat rate box for a lower rate, etc). 

 

DOMESTIC (UNITED STATES):

Priority Mail: 1-3 business days; tracking and insurance included; flat rate box.

 

INTERNATIONAL:

The USPS has suspended delivery to some countries; please visit the USPS website here to see if your country is on the list. I will cancel and refund your order if I’m unable to mail to the destination.

First Class Mail International: varies by destination (typically 7-28 business days); tracking available to some countries
Priority Mail International: 6-10 business days; tracking included

Detailed tracking may not update via USPS website once it reaches your country, so be sure to track the number provided using your own country’s postal service! This will usually give you additional information about whether it’s still in customs or where it might be en-route. Keep an eye on this, in case it is not delivered and/or held for pickup at your local post office! Buyer is responsible for shipping fees if I have to resend a returned package.

You are responsible for any extra taxes or customs charges instituted by your own country.

*I realize that international shipping can be very expensive! D: It can also be hard to estimate accurately ahead of time. I will always refund the difference if the shipping costs less than you paid!

Gifts

Buying a gift? I will gladly ship to your giftee. Set their name and address as the shipping address during checkout. Please note, I cannot split your order (i.e. mail some items to you and the rest to a second address)– all items must ship to same address. Please place separate orders if you need to send to multiple addresses.

Gift wrap and message are available and can be selected at checkout. And no worries, I don’t include printed receipts! If I have any questions regarding your gift message or gift wrap choices, I will email you at the address you provided during checkout.

Refunds, Returns, Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your items for any reason, please email me at hellospriggan@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what’s wrong to start the return process.

You’ll have 14 days after receiving your order to send back items for a full refund (purchase price only, shipping charges are non-refundable). Items must be returned in unused, like new condition to qualify for refund.

If items arrived to you damaged in shipping, I’ll send a replacement. 

If I’ve sent you the wrong thing, I’ll cover the shipping for the correct item.

Custom orders, commissions, or other personalized items are not able to be returned, but email me so we can find a solution! I want you to be happy with your purchase. <3
